The problem
A visit has to become a complete clinical note in the right patient's chart. Each visit type has its own format, and an unstated clinical value should stay a question for the doctor.
How it works
- Pull the day's schedule from Curve and record the visit.
- Draft a note in the practice's established format for that visit type.
- Flag anything unstated for confirmation, then file the reviewed note back to the right chart.
What changed
The portfolio records 1,362 visits managed. The workflow keeps a doctor's review between the generated draft and the chart.
