# Title Officer & Curative Agent Team

AI agents that do title work end to end, the way title officers and curative specialists do.

## My contribution

I am building the agent team and the tools it runs on, with DeedIQ and DiscoverIQ exposed as MCP servers and CLI tools.

## The problem

Title and curative work means answering emails, checking names, and finding additional documents across several systems. Agents can only do that end to end if the systems title teams already rely on are tools the agents can call themselves.

## How it works

1. Expose DeedIQ and DiscoverIQ as MCP servers and CLI tools the agents call directly.
2. Build specialist bots for the curative workflow: answering emails, checking names, and finding additional documents, with an ultra-fast inbox classifier in front.
3. Use the team to power an auto-typed title product, then connect the hand-offs between bots.

## What changed

The individual bots are built, the inbox classifier is complete, and the team has produced auto-typed titles on test orders. The current work is hand-offs between bots and title testing.
