Finding the deed behind a property address without someone searching for it by hand.

## My contribution

I built RetrieverIQ, a swarm of AI agents that starts from a single property address.

## The problem

Finding the deed for a property usually means someone searching records by hand. An automated lookup has to land on the right document and return the parties and dates that title work depends on.

## How it works

1. Take one property address as the only input.
2. Send a swarm of AI agents to find the deed behind it.
3. Return the grantor, grantee, and recording date.

## What changed

RetrieverIQ was benchmarked against known-good deed records and a list of 100 addresses matched with search info. It replaces manual deed searching with an automated lookup that starts from one address.
