Helping a dental practice finish its notes without making up the missing details.

## My contribution

I built the documentation workflow around the way my wife's practice already charts.

## The problem

A visit has to become a complete clinical note in the right patient's chart. Each visit type has its own format, and an unstated clinical value should stay a question for the doctor.

## How it works

1. Pull the day's schedule from Curve and record the visit.
2. Draft a note in the practice's established format for that visit type.
3. Flag anything unstated for confirmation, then file the reviewed note back to the right chart.

## What changed

The portfolio records 1,362 visits managed. The workflow keeps a doctor's review between the generated draft and the chart.
